To reach Skyros, you start by driving towards Kymi Beach in Evia, from where the SNE F/B ACHILLEAS ferry departs daily.

It is approximately 87 kilometers from Chalkida and 155 from Athens.

From the capital, with a gentle and relatively economical drive, it will take you approximately 2.30 hours to reach Kymi.

If you do not have your own vehicle, there is also a connection via KTEL Evia.

Skyros has a port in Linaria, which serves private boats and sailboats.

For information regarding docking and availability of places, please contact the competent Port Office.

From the port of Linaria you can travel to Skyros Town and the rest of the island by taxi, private vehicle or KTEL.
